I love how a few ELO albums leave you with a good ol' rock and roll song like this...great stuff!By the way, did Lana marry Horace Wimp or something? ;)

I don't know many pop/rock groups who's lead singer had a great voice. I think compared to most he had a good voice. Lets face it most groups today can't sing at all. Tom Petty once said "this bloke can really sing" but then again it was Tom petty get my drift.

He had a unique voice, but he wasn't a great singer. Definitely one of the best composers in pop history.

Thats only your opinion about the wilburys CharlesNigro. Also Jeff Lynne had a very good voice, better than most bands!

exactly

Only a very biased fan would disagree imho. I think each member of the Wilburys was an iconic songwriter, but they weren't very pleasant to the ears.

Great song. I keep forgetting how many great songs ELO wrote.

does anyone remember the movie that this song was the soundtrack for? I just remember it was at the end credits...

Can't believe Jeff thought this song and the Time album was "throwaway". He didn't perform it on the comeback tour because of this. Insane! It's a stone-wall CLASSIC.

The band that could write, but were mediocre singers at best.
