They were not disqualified. They were told that their new suits with the lights was too risque and that they couldn't wear them. So they ended up wearing swimsuits with a thug imprinted on the front of it. The team went on to win the silver medal!

well these pips really worked their butts out for this performance, and the least you could do is respect that. you don't have to be so rude about it, you know...i bet you don't have any idea how hard they worked for their routine, and the best that you could come up with was "WTF"?! damn...people could be so mean. have a great life.
