old 1000 psp models if you removed the umd in use it would go flying but i don't think a umd was ever reported damaged from it thow. it was fixed in 2000 and up the eject is no longer spring loaded. as for a screen protector i have one of those thick solid plastic stick on ones. it has no air bubble issues picked em up at walmart for 5$ for a 2 pack. the thin film ones are a pain.

u have to break open your battery or buy a pandora battery and then cut a little wire on it and then you have to download somthing to your memory stick but i cant tell you exactly how to do it on a comment but just look around youtube and youll find out how

psp is really tough, I have dropped mine mant times. but yesterday one of the little little thingys that holds the door (or what i´m gonna call it) for the battery popped of. nothing serious really, so the psp really can handle damage
