dont take the spring out, it will void your warrenty. All you need to do is get the Virtue Feather Light microswich for $10 and your good to go

A lot of people are taking tournament e-markers into the field these days. The only reason I'd use a Tippy in the woods (98 or A5) would be for the flatline. I used to use an A5, but got tired carrying a super heavy marker. Your arms will not get as fatigued using a marker like an SLG, and you'll be able to keep your gun in the up and ready position a lot more than the other guys carrying your typical "milsim" markers.

Your going to prematurely wear out your microswitch by removing the spring. It says so in the manual. If it wears out, your probably going to have to replace your board.

I bought the Proto SLG UL, come today, havnt had chance to use it yet though, no air in the tank so gotta get that filled i bought the gun and the DYE Rotor so that should be fun :)

im gettin this maybe. getting my 98 custom fixed sunday. only have that cuz i play in my woods. me and some friends built a field back there. might get this around january if i have enough money. what kind of eye covers were those? do they come in the package?

dime bag i just recently puchached an slg and i love it the only two things bad are the feedneck and the trigger. not really gas efficient but if u play at ur field ur feild fee usual covers all day air so..and the hyper 3 reg comes on the dm8's. great gun for 200.
P.S banging out that spring VOIDS UR WARRENTY i read it in the manual

damn man, I want one bad. Maybe you could fill me in on a few things. Is it reliable, is it gas efficient, and would you recommend replacing the stock board or is it decent. I just want to make sure I'm putting my money towards a good buy.
