Actually sxephil and Indy Mogul use the same Soundtrack program, Soundtrack Pro 8, later though, Indy Mogul's Steve (who just left the team sadly) made his own theme for Indy Mogul, which is not the theme that they used in here.
In other words, they are not using sxephil's theme song neither is sxephil using their's.
They are both using a theme song from a program they both have.
