what I like about this song is not only was it sampled on one of the Gr8est Hip Hop albums of all time, but that it kinda sounds like noise, but @ the same time the noise is funky!

Wrong, fnknebula. Robert McCullough is the sax player on "Super Bad," not St. Clair Pinckney. James calls him by name on it and tells him to "blow me some Trane!" He is referring to squealing like Coltrane, which is all McCullough could do- ex-JB's say he couldn't really play shit. St. Clair would go on to play the squealing stuff on it, too, in the live show.
