I dunno why everyone put a bunch of negative on your comment. I can see some resemblances between the two, though I wouldn't say that they sound exactly alike. And this is coming from a bigtime Coldplay fan. Both have that soft piano and gentle voice that can reach high and low fairly well. I like 'em both!
