Partial-Birth Abortion Illustrated Video The Crime of Crimes / Pro-Life Anti-Abortion Film

The partial birth abortion is not a rare procedure. It is, essentially, a variant of the even more common and equally gruesome Dilation and Evacuation (D&E) procedure. There are in fact absolutely no obstetrical situations encountered in this country which require a partially delivered human fetus to be destroyed to preserve the life or health of the mother (Dr. Pamela Smith, Senate Hearing Record, p.82: Partial Birth Abortion Ban Medical Testimony). People like Jill Stanek have exposed a practice, in which children marked for abortion are born alive and then killed. This is exactly where the logic of partial-birth abortion leads. On November 5, 2003, President George W. Bush signed into law the Partial-birth Abortion Ban Act of 2003. On April 18, 2007 the Supreme Court announced its decision to uphold the ban on partial-birth abortion. The procedure in question is properly called "partial-birth abortion" because, as even secular sources acknowledge, it requires the doctor to deliver the unborn child partially from the uterus, feet first, leaving the baby's head inside the womb. The doctor then uses scissors and a hollow needle to empty the skull of its contents. The unborn baby's head then collapses and the doctor removes the dead baby entirely from the mother's body. Given the nature of the procedure, the congressmen who drafted legislation to prohibit it, the "Partial-Birth Abortion Act of 1995", defined the procedure as follows: "an abortion in which the person performing the abortion partially vaginally delivers a living fetus before killing the fetus and completing the delivery". The doctors who perform this barbaric act and those who seek to justify it attempt to hide its nature by describing it euphemistically as "intact dilation and evacuation/extraction" or as "intrauterine cranial decompression. "Physicians Ad Hoc Coalition for Truth" (PHACT), a group of more than 300 medical specialists organized to counter the misinformation provided by the abortion industry of the United States, pointed out: "Partial-birth abortion is never medically necessary to protect the health of a woman or to protect her future fertility; in fact, the procedure can pose grave dangers to the woman". Many people argue that the anesthetics used in the process kill the baby, so death to the child is painless. However the American Society of Anesthesiologists testified to Congress that this is simply not true. On July 11, 1995, American Medical News (AMA's official journal) submitted the transcript of a tape-recorded interview with abortionist Dr. Martin Haskell to the House Judiciary Committee in which he admitted: "...the majority of fetuses aborted this way (partial birth abortion) are alive until the end of the procedure." As disturbing as this sounds, these are the facts. In this country medical doctors are partially delivering babies and then killing them. These babies are inches from being born. Many could be born and placed directly in the loving arms of childless couples for adoption. Instead, they are cruelly killed.
As an abortion survivor, I know that this is not a good choice Yes it was my choice, and I have paid 4it everyday. I was condemed before and after my abortion. I am a murderer. Mine was not late term, but it was murder all the same. That baby had the right by creation itself to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness-and we-society- and me took it. MURDER! We have no choice and resource for hurting ladies who really have no choice. I'm sorry for our world.

haha you crack me up. Honestly you have no heart, and I think YOU should have been aborted. You honestly have no idea what morals are...LATE TERM ABORTION IS FUCKING MURDER. the child is fully developed, and can live on its own. You mean to tell me that its ok to jam a fucking pair of scissors into the back of a babies head and scramble its brains? If the mother had any clue, she would have an abortion early on vs. later.

Yeah, some are not accurate. But some are, like the genetic test for downs syndrome. Anyway, it's still the mothers choice whether to abort or not. And yes, abortion is a GOOD thing because we are using too many resources!! If you believe in environmentalism (like most same people/Democrats) then you should support abortion fully, including late term abortion!! Obama / Biden 2012!!

keywords: which can...you cannot say that they can 100% garuantee that a child will be born retarted or what not. My mother had that test done when she was pregnant with my brother and they said he would be retarted, but guess what? HES NOT

they do biochemically assays, to check the levels of certain proteins, such as Alpha Fetal Proteins, which can indicate disorders- even metabolic ones. (check out a Medical Genetics textbook online)

actually, they can do prenatal tests and genetic screening with fetal cells from the mother's blood, a PUBS sample or an amniocentesis. i'm a Bio. Sciences/ Genetics/ Chem Major.. so maybe you don't know your biology.

Um, just so you know, there is no definite way to tell if a child is going to have disorders such as mental retardation until it is born. Maybe you should've paid a bit more attention in Biology class. And to say the more abortions the better just shows what kind of moral standards you hold.

Why wait until it is this old to have it aborted then if you agree with abortion? It just doesn't make sense. Adding to this, it is proven that women who have abortions are more succeptable to breast cancer, due to the sudden hormone changes.

I think Republicans like you are a good case for abortion. And what's that woman's name who survived the late term abortion, Gianna Jessen? How many disorders does she have? Late term abortion gives women the option to abort children who have disorders. We should support a womans right to abort whenever she wants to, up to late term (like Obama does). Anyway, we're using too many resources. The MORE abortions, the better! Obama / Biden 2012!!
