we should love and be indifferent to colour but this song makes sense. im a black woman and this song is an antidote to all the times i've been told i look better when i look lighter. i really hope we can get over this slave mentality. ive heard too many brothers and sisters curse eachother about being too 'dark', we shoulld take pride in ourselves and our beauty- and that goes for all races, colours and cultures.

being of the caucasian color doesn't keep me from liking the message of this song - it's about love and closeness of partners - skin color aside - but it is so sensual and the video is full of India's wit and charm...luv it!
