I Beat Alan Webb In A Race It Was In Elementary School When He Visited My School From His Reston VA Home. He Slowed Down So First Graders Could Compete And I Cheated By Cutting Have The Track So I Did Get To The Finish Line Before Alan Webb Which Is Still A Accomplishment.

ive gotten 4:22 and trying to knock off another 10 seconds but i feel fine apparently my heart pumps more blood then majority of everyone else so if i train more i could probably get maybe 4:08 maybe its a long and painful stretch but im a freshman too my heartbeat on average is like 130 after my run its 237 or like 10 less
